Global Connections to Employment (GCE), a past recipient of Vadis' Employer of the Year award, awards coins to their employees for doing excellent work. These mission, vision, and value coins represent five different areas of achievement: ownership, integrity, compassion, excellence, and service.
Mitchell just began working at GCE in July and has already earned the Service coin! Once all five coins have been earned by an employee, they receive a special plaque. Way to go Mitchell, you are on your way!
