While Vadis has many different programs supporting individuals with disabilities, it all began with employment services. From the very beginning, Vadis partnered with and supported businesses, sharing the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities and advocating for more inclusive workplace opportunities.
Over the years, thousands of employers have hired individuals with disabilities through Vadis and each year Vadis looks forward to honoring the best of the best.
Recipients of our Employer of the Year awards are chosen for their conviction to workforce inclusion, their community advocacy to business partners and peers - heralding supported employment and, most of all, because of their unwavering belief that everyone has abilities and value to add to their team.
Vadis proudly presented awards to employers in five different counties for 2019. They are:
